Yes, but not in a good way. She probably saw it as a relief that he was no longer there to torture her and her son David. Blair lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her loving husband and two cats. My voice wouldn’t work.
Sometimes I want to snap him and want him to act as a dominant but no! The characters were vivid, their story was heartwrenching, the emotions were raw. This book contains very adult situations and is not suitable reading for those under the age of eighteen. She was independent and inteligent woman, always taking care of herself so she needed someone the Dom to take some burden of decision making from her shoulders.
After 25 years of abuse she just moves on and is happy?
Having said that, I am again in awe of how the author deals with it. That was a refreshing change.
David and Kat love one another unconditionally and try to work towards a life Generational Sins went far outside my normal comfort zone so I was surprised that I enjoyed it as much as I did. This wasn’t really a romance as it wasn’t about these two people falling in love but rather about David dealing with his brutally abusive father, his abused mother and his own messed up upbringing. This book seems to have been compared to 50 Shades of Grey.
Grnerational is eye-opening for him, to say the least: The events in this book left me feeling shaken and uncomfortable.
Jul 09, Saunders rated it it was amazing. I love how they became bestfriend first then started a relationship. Fucking take it like a man. If you are looking for something that will bring a lot of raw emotion to the forefront of your mind then this just might be the story for you.
I wanted this more than anything I had ever blait, and I was blaiir that I was going to screw it up. David can’t leave his family especially his mother.
David lived in a world with no safe words and no control with his actions because his father had embedded his cruelty in to David. It isn’t until he meets and falls head over heals for Kat, that he realizes how sick and evil his father truly is. The love between both David and Kat was endearing samanthx in my opinion made up for any troubling events that went on.

The story of Kat and David is at once a beautiful love story and yet astoundingly, shockingly grotesque as well.
